1. Parties
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Adult Search Agency ("Agency") and the Model who completes this onboarding form ("Model").
2. Services
The Agency provides marketing, placement and management services for models operating in the adult content industry, including video sessions (Ero), virtual communication (Virt) and text-based chat (Just Chatting).
3. Commission
The Agency retains a commission of 20% from all earnings generated through Agency-referred clients. The remaining 80% is transferred to the Model according to the selected payout schedule.
4. Automatic Monthly Payouts
Earnings are automatically calculated and transferred to the Model's designated payout account on the 1st day of each month for the previous month's activity. No manual request is required. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Amounts below this threshold roll over to the next month.
5. Model Obligations
The Model agrees to: (a) maintain professional conduct; (b) fulfill agreed sessions; (c) notify the Agency 24 hours in advance of any schedule changes; (d) not solicit Agency clients for independent work outside the platform.
6. Agency Obligations
The Agency agrees to: (a) process automatic monthly payments on the 1st of each month; (b) maintain confidentiality of all Model personal data using industry-standard encryption; (c) provide support and dispute resolution; (d) promote the Model's profile on Agency platforms.
7. Content Rights
The Model retains full rights to all content created. The Agency receives a non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials for marketing purposes only, with the Model's explicit approval for each use.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all financial, personal and operational information strictly confidential. The Agency uses AES-256 encryption for all stored personal data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice via email or Telegram. Any pending earnings will be included in the next scheduled monthly payout following termination.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Age & Consent
By signing, the Model confirms they are 18 years of age or older, have read and fully understood this agreement, and provide informed consent to all terms stated herein.
